Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and the authentication method you use (such as Google sign-in or email/password). If you choose to set a skill level, that preference is stored with your account.
Video Content
When you upload a video for analysis, we process it to provide coaching insights. Videos are stored temporarily during processing and are deleted after analysis is complete unless you choose to save them to your session history.
Analysis Data
We store the results of video analysis — including shot counts, timing data, coaching insights, and session summaries — associated with your account so you can track your progress over time.
Usage Information
We collect standard usage data such as app interactions, session duration, device type, and operating system version. This helps us improve the app experience.

How We Process Your Videos
Your videos are processed using our analysis technology to detect game elements and provide coaching feedback. We do not use your videos for advertising, sell them to third parties, or share them publicly. Video processing occurs on secure servers and content is handled in accordance with this policy.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Service providers who help us operate the app (hosting, authentication, analytics), bound by confidentiality agreements
- Legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights
We do not share your video content or analysis results with other users unless you explicitly choose to share them.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure, industry-standard infrastructure. We use encryption in transit and at rest. Account credentials are handled through secure authentication providers — we never store your password in plain text.
While we implement reasonable security measures, no system is completely secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and keep your account credentials private.
Data Retention
- Videos: Temporarily stored during processing, then deleted unless saved to your session history
- Analysis results: Retained as long as your account is active
- Account data: Retained until you delete your account
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
