Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Court Coach, a mobile application and related services ("Service") provided by Court Coach ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using Court Coach

Court Coach provides AI-powered video analysis for pickleball players. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Create an account with accurate information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Comply with all applicable laws

2. Your Content

You retain ownership of the videos and content you upload to Court Coach. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and store that content solely to provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content, including obtaining consent from anyone who appears in your videos. Do not upload content that:

• Violates anyone's privacy or rights
• Contains illegal or harmful material
• You do not have permission to share

3. Our Technology

The analysis technology, software, algorithms, methods, and systems that power Court Coach are our proprietary intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our underlying technology, source code, or analytical methods.

Analysis results provided to you are for your personal use. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying technology
• Use automated tools to access, scrape, or collect data from the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit analysis results
• Attempt to replicate or build competing services using insights derived from our analysis methods

4. Accuracy and Limitations

Court Coach provides analysis intended to support your training. While we work to ensure accuracy, results are generated by automated technology and should be treated as coaching guidance, not professional medical, safety, or competitive advice.

We do not guarantee:

• 100% accuracy of shot detection or analysis
• Specific performance improvement outcomes
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

5. Account and Access

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use the Service in ways that harm other users or our systems.

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data and content in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Pricing and Payments

Court Coach offers free and paid features. Paid subscriptions are billed through your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are displayed at the time of purchase.

Refunds are handled according to the policies of the applicable app store.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Court Coach and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Court Coach from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to the Service

We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. If you disagree with updated Terms, you may stop using the Service and delete your account.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which Court Coach is incorporated.
